I'm Hayley!

I’m a Teachers Pay Teachers Virtual Assistant coach who ignites the spark teachers need in order to reinvent themselves. I use my experience from all my years in the classroom and from working myself as a virtual assistant for TpT sellers, to coach current teachers on becoming virtual assistants and start their own freelancing journey.

I had always wanted to be a teacher ever since I was a little girl.

BUT once I stepped into that role, I had this longing desire to be known as more than “Mrs. Klees”. What about Hayley & all the hopes and dreams I had outside of the classroom? Because the school years are like a never-ending cycle, you quickly get sucked in and before you know it, you’re 5 years into doing the same thing with your life.

It didn’t take too many years into the profession for me to soon realize I wanted more.

More flexibility, more money, more time - all the things.

It wasn’t until I experienced maternity leave did my eyes begin to see that life didn’t have to just live inside those 4 classroom walls.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably googled a time or two:

"how can teachers work from home?"

and that’s exactly what started my freelancing journey.

I quickly learned about this gig and wasn’t so sure if it was real or not. In all honesty, it seemed too good to be true. You mean I could work from home, make my own schedule, set my own pay, and pee when I needed to?! UHM YES PLEASE - WHERE DO I SIGN!

I began using all my years of classroom experience to “freelance” AKA work for Teachers Pay Teachers sellers. More educators like you need to know about this & I’m here to share all the secrets so that you can transform your life into something you love again!
